Sweet Mass Production is looking for a dependable, organized team member to help keep production running smoothly. As an Assistant Production Expediter, you'll play a key role in coordinating work between departments, tracking production orders, and helping ensure customer orders move efficiently through the manufacturing process.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Production Expediter, your responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and track production orders and batched lots throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate the movement of work between departments to maintain production flow.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and communicate delays to production supervisors.
  • Ensure products remain organized by contract and job numbers to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Print production labels, rack labels, and packaging labels for various departments.
  • Work closely with production staff to help meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient production environment.

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
