This position combines hands-on production work with attention to detail, quality inspection, and teamwork in a clean manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As a Fusing Department Operator, your responsibilities may include:

  • Set up and calibrate fusing equipment for different production jobs.
  • Configure machine settings based on material specifications.
  • Install and align fixtures, jigs, and tooling for accurate production.
  • Load and position components for precision fusing operations.
  • Operate production equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, alignment, and dimensional accuracy.
  • Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools and gauges.
  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance and electrode cleaning.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures.

These responsibilities are based on your internal job outline, including machine setup, precision assembly, quality inspections, and safety requirements.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
